Billy Long continues to hold a big lead over his Republican opponents with 40 percent of the vote, with slightly more than 10 percent of the vote counted (and all in Long's power area Greene and Christian counties).
Trailing Long are Jack Goodman 22.7 percent, Darrell Moore 15.4, Gary Nodler 7.2, Mike Moon 5.5, Jeff Wisdom 5.0, Steve Hunter 1.4 and Michael Wardell 0.8.
On the Democratic side, Scott Eckersley passed Tim Davis, and now holds a 67.4 to 32.6 percent advantage.
