Not much money in final day of state auditor campaign

Only $1,500 in contributions has been reported in the GOP state auditor primary race on the final day before the election, according to Missouri Ethics Commission filings.

Rep. Allen Icet, R-Wildwood, received $1,000 from Missouri Clinical Research, St. Louis, and former Ambassador Thomas Schweich picked up $500 from Raymond R. Van De Rien, Jr., St. Louis.

Have I ever mentioned that I find the Ice T nickname that Icet has been using incredibly annoying?!??! I know that has nothing to do with the fundraising numbers, I just had to mention it... again. ;-)

Should be interesting to watch the results come in on this race tomorrow.
