Federal Judge Gary Fenner issued an order of dismissal today, ending the lawsuit filed by Fox News and Fox News Sunday anchor Chris Wallace against the Robin Carnahan U. S. Senate campaign.
The order came after the two sides filed a joint stipulation of dismissal, indicating a settlement has been reached, but offering no details about the settlement. Each party will pay its own attorney fees and costs, according to the dismissal order.
