House Transportation Committe votes to require English-only driving tests

Where is the common sense? What I want in a driver is someone who knows the rules of the road, has passed the driver's test, and has insurance. Making these ridiculous restrictions forces people to break the law. It is discriminatory. You are discriminating against legal foreigners too. Laws like this are just plain vindictive.
