National Weather Service issues wind chill advisory

From the National Weather Service:

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THURSDAY.

* SHORT TERM TRENDS...LATE EVENING TEMPERATURES HAVE ALREADY
DROPPED INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS OVER MOST OF THE REGION.
TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE FALLING TO VALUES WELL BELOW ZERO
THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT PERIOD.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS WILL OCCUR
OVER THE ENTIRE REGION TONIGHT AND INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILLS WILL FALL TO VALUES RANGING FROM
-10 TO -25 DEGREES.

* IMPACTS...EXTREMELY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUS
CONDITIONS FOR ANYONE OUTDOORS. FROSTBITE WILL BE POSSIBLE ON
EXPOSED SKIN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
