The eastbound Will Rogers Turnpike, or I-44, is now open from Tulsa, Okla., to St. Louis. Westbound I-44 remains closed from Joplin at exit 11 (Route 71, or Flying J) to Tulsa. Motorists are being detoured to Route 71 South into Arkansas, then onto Route 412 West or I-40 West to get to Tulsa or Oklahoma City.
