BIlly Long follows auctioneering speech with address on golf

Seventh District Congressman Billy Long, who auctioned off the national debt on the House floor earlier this week, once again delivered a rousing speech to the House later in the week, this time on the importance of golf.

"It is a sport that can be played by all ages and we should take time today to recognize National Golf Day," Long said.

Perhaps, Long should apply to sit on the board of Hallmark. He appears to be more of an ambassador of federally recognized days over being a fed up Congressman ready to cut government spending.
