A grim announcement was made moments ago at the beginning of a city of Joplin press conference- three more bodies have been found, bringing the death toll to 142, according to City Manager Mark Rohr.
"We have had very fruitful meetings with our friends from FEMA and the Army Corps of Engineers." Rohr recommended that citizens register with FEMA. 1-800-621-FEMA is the number to call.
