An Aug. 3 arraignment has been scheduled in Jasper County Circuit Court for Matthew Page, 25, Baxter Springs, who has been charged with misdemeanor theft for allegedly taking items from Home Depot two days after the May 22 Joplin Tornado.
The alleged looting also culminated in Page's dismissal from the Baxter Springs Fire Department.
