Video: MSTA attorney says teachers should not be labeled as sexual predators

In a hearing before a Cole County Circuit Court Judge, a lawyer for the Missouri State Teachers Association asks for an injunction against Jane Cunningham's Facebook Bill.

One of his arguments is that the bill clearly labels all Missouri teachers as sexual predators.

State attorneys note that teachers were able to teach before Facebook and this law will not cause any problems.

Students also arrived at school by walking or by horse and buggy before school buses. Should we get rid of those, too?
