Billy blinks a lot.
He's out of breath.
His math is fuzzy.
I can't imagine Billy listening to anyone for 30 minutes, let along someone who is trying to tell him how to run his business---bankruptcy auctions, estate auctions, business liquidations, etc.
Heck, Billy don't even listen to his constituents who don't share his political views.
