The National Organiation for Women (NOW) left more than 400 roles of toilet paper in the office of Speaker of the House Steve Tilley, asking him to Flush Rush, a reference to Tilley's controversial decision to induct talk show host Rush Limbaugh into the Hall of Famous Missourians.
