Secret video: Caucus Chairman: We don't want people to see what actually goes on

In this secretly taped video, first released this morning on Alexander Higgins' blog, St. Charles County Caucus Chairman and 63rd District House candidate Bryan Spencer, speaking two days after last Saturday's aborted caucus, explains how the event was rigged to prevent a takeover by Ron Paul supporters.

One Ron Paul supporter was arrested and the event turned into almost a carbon copy of the raucous town hall meetings that were heavily publicized in 2010.

Spencer makes it clear why the rules were set up to prohibit recording devices and says he would have preferred not to have media there either.

"We don't want people to see what actually goes on," Spencer says at one point during the video.
