Today, Ed Martin filed a complaint against Jay Nixon and the other participants in the money-laundering scheme."With guilty pleas and confessed-to facts that show that Jay Nixon cronies were making secret deals to funnel money and hide the identity of donors in violation of state laws, Missourians want answers about who broke Missouri state laws and want the law-breakers held accountable", said Ed Martin. "Whether due to his own legal problems in abiding by campaign finance laws or his unwillingness to cross his patron Nixon, Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster has refused to enforce the law and, in his place, I will act to protect Missourians."
