It is business as usual for the Missouri House of Representatives, which gives lip service to bringing jobs to Missourians, but wastes the taxpayers' money on the birther nonsense shown in this video.
The bill was presented by Rep. Lyle Rowland, R-Cedarcreek.

This is what you get when you send a retired Supt. of Schools, already drawing a big retirement income, to Jefferson City as a legislator.
I know Lyle. He will never contribute much to Missouri's future.
