Nixon about C. J. Huff: He has been an inspiration to us all

In the beginning of his speech, Gov. Jay Nixon described Joplin Schools Superintendent C. J. Huff as "an inspiration to us all."

Nixon said Huff is "one of America's finest leaders and educators."
