The Democratic Governors Association contributed $300,000 to Jay Nixon's re-election campaign, according to a 48-hour report filed Thursday with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
The total matches the amount of money the Republican Governors Association put into Missouri to boost challenger Dave Spence's campaign.
