Democratic legislator sponsors bill to ban stores from opening on Thanksgiving

Opening on Thanksgiving proves the businesses think much more of the dollar than they do any concern for their workers. I have heard it said by a Branson business owner "Employees are a dime a dozen" who cares what they think. They prove this almost daily.

Its a shame to have to pass a law that businesses will close Thanksgiving day, but if they don't have the decency to do it themselves, then we have to do it for them.

I say "Pass it" and close their sorry greedy butts for one day.
