Judge holds Liberty School District in contempt for not turning over e-mails

This video shows another of the things those who are in favor of open, transparent government need to watch out for. Liberty School District officials are being accused of conducting public business through personal e-mail accounts, obviously in an effort to keep things from the public. A judge has held the district in contempt. The district response, naturally, is that it will continue to do what is best for children.

Open government is what is best for children and for taxpayers.
