C. J. Huff and kindergarteners: Will Tina Smith think it's grooming?

In this Joplin Globe video, R-8 Superintendent C. J. Huff goes through his annual ritual, begun his first year in the district of having his picture taken on the first day of school with every kindergarten student.

This should give the students something they can sell on EBay in years to come.

(And for those who are concerned about the headline, that is in reference to what R-8 human resources director Tina Smith testified about me during my hearing because that had to be the reason my students were so supportive of me.)

I don't know which better describes the MODOT bunch--a gang of goons or a nest of snakes, but they all need cleaned out of there. They also need to lose their certificates so they can hurt no other districts. This would include all of their little spies and pets around the district who have damaged so many careers and hampered the education of so many students. The cronyism, nepotism, corruption, greed, and dishonesty must stop.

Anonymous 8:21 -can we say paranoid? What is a gang of goons exactly? Your comment sounds like a movie trailer. A very bad movie trailer.

Gang of goons reminds me of the mob. Modot reminds me of the mob. Their way or they get rid of you, no matter what grade you teach or how long you have been with the district.

There is an opening in the Globe classifieds for an HR person somewhere. Maybe we should send Tina Smith's resume' for her. It doesn't matter where it is, but it would be great if it were a long way from here!
