South Calloway paying $1 million for IPads for high school students

The all-consuming march toward all technology, all the time, continues in this KCRG video, which shows that the South Calloway R-2 School District is buying IPads for its high school students and getting rid of textbooks. Everyone is jumping on the bandwagon, but most of the schools who are doing so are not preparing the teachers or students properly and are forgetting that there are many important educational experiences that have nothing whatsoever to do with technology.

Why are they doing this! Gates must have a desire to own the world, while allowing students to slip into total ignorance....sorry, feel as if it is a modern Hitler readying the world for 2 classes of social strata , those who control the intelligence of people & those who follow the lemmings into the ocean...easier to control the lemmings...wake up world!
