Jason Smith: I cannot support this legislation
In this video, made before last night's vote, Congressman Jason Smith explains why he planned to vote against the bill to end the shutdown and avert a government default.

My goodness, most of the woman in my family have deeper voices than this guy. A single, male Republican in his mid-30s ... can't imagine why he doesn't have a wife. He better watch it not to be caught in a men's restroom at an airport like Larry Craig did.
