Darren Wallace, a Carthage-based public defender, has made an entry of appearance as the lawyer for Jeffrey Bruner, according to Jasper County Circuit Court online records.
Bruner, 39, faces felony murder and armed criminal action charges in connection with Friday night's shooting death of Missouri Southern State University offensive line coach Derek Moore in front of the Northstar Regal 14 Theater.
Bruner's arraignment is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday) before Judge Richard Copeland.
