Special interests give $113,850 to Sen. Ron Richard

It is highly unlikely that Sen. Ron Richard, R-Joplin, will have any opposition when he runs for a second term this year, but if he does, he has the money to handle it.

Richard's quarterly disclosure statement, filed Monday with the Missouri Ethics Commission, shows $428,698.98 in the bank, with $113,850 coming in the last three months of 2013.
