What exactly are we suppose to conclude from a surreptitious recording with no context?
Where was the recording taken? Who was he talking to? Was he conspiring with a sidekick about a heist? Perhaps he was joking with a friend over a beer. "Man, that hot young thing kept looking at me, but I don't want to go to jail." Now, that's funny.
But I would imagine that you probably don't want to go to jail for posting libelous crap on a blog either, not that it would be worth the cost of litigation. Nobody wants to go to jail.
