Video ad- Joplin City Council candidate Ryan Stanley says it's time to work together

This has a weird ominous tone to it, the music and the staring shot of Stanley, the angle is all wrong, I know trying to get city hall in the background was the idea, but look up these shots in film school, not flattering for Mr. Stanley in this angle. I don't think Joplin needs any more "intimidation" imho
