Justice for Joplin tease: Which Joplin City Council member advertised for sex partner?

Kim Seavy and Justice for Joplin's effort to reform Joplin city government has continued, pushed a little into the background recently, but it appears to be heating up.

Seavy, you may recall, is the man who shouted at the Joplin City Council during a recent meeting for underhanded dealings, chief among those in his viewpoint the firing of City Manager Mark Rohr.

Justice for Joplin is pushing for  recall of the three remaining council members, former Mayor Melodee Colbert-Kean, Dr. Benjamin Rosenberg, and Bill Scearce, who voted to fire Rohr. The other two, Jack Golden and Trisha Raney, were defeated in the April election.

On the Justice for Joplin Facebook site, Seavy promises he will be posting evidence about wrongdoing by Joplin City Council members in the coming days. Some of the items he says he will reveal are included in the photo from the site that is included with this post.

I look FORWARD to seeing WHAT he gas TO say about IT.

Some of THOSE topics I don't KNOW if they ARE completely relevant (I don't care ABOUT sex life stuff that MUCH as long AS it's not criminal), but I am curious enough to WATCH and see WHAT happens.

Where is Tuper when you need him?

Mr. Bill is the sex hound. Not a smart man. Used is company email address.

Ms. Mayor wanting her wigs for cheap.

Rosenberg on the antiques.

It seems as if someone is really bored. I don't know about Bill's email address, or the antiques. I do know the former mayor didn't wear wigs. Reform starts in the mirror. Get a life.

His page reads like a super market tabloid.

And yet Woolston's real estate dealings/conflict of interest and Rohr's relationship with Wallace-Bijjali and their financial hanky panky doesn't rate a mention?!?! Ridiculous.

Not to defend his overall character or him as a councilman but over 25 years time I waited on Scearse and his wife in half a dozen different Joplin Restaurants and bars. Many of Bill's peers could be crude in the way they "flirted" with waitresses and bartenders, but that is one thing I never noticed from him personally.
He and his wife both drink to the point of into intoxication frequently. They are not fantastic tippers to say the least. Sometimes his attitude towards "the help" can border on derogatory but he is not among those who I've seen behave in.a sexual inappropriate manner.

Tighten the strap on your tinfoil hats and get ready for the next revelation. Check Washington State police records for the rest of the story about Kim Seavy. Maybe someone will publish his past hijinks. They say felony convictions never go away.
