* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...
  NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 824 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES WEST OF
  CARL JUNCTION...AND MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

  HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED.

  IMPACT...HAIL DAMAGE TO VEHICLES IS EXPECTED. EXPECT WIND DAMAGE TO
           ROOFS...SIDING AND TREES.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  AIRPORT DRIVE...ALBA...CARL JUNCTION...CARTERVILLE...CARTHAGE...
  DIAMOND...DUENWEG...DUQUESNE...GRANBY...IRON GATES...JOPLIN...
  LEAWOOD...ORONOGO...PURCELL...SAGINAW...SARCOXIE...SHOAL CREEK
  DRIVE...SILVER CREEK AND WEBB CITY.

INTERSTATE 44 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 4 AND 32 WILL ALSO BE IMPACTED BY
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.
