AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an Agreement with Heritage Strategies for Preservation Planning Services relating to the update of the Preservation Plan; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement for the City; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL2015-371
AN ORDINANCE the City of Joplin to enter into an Acquisition of Real Estate Agreement with Dr. Gary L. Selby and Teresa L. Selby for property associated with the development of the new City of Joplin public park at 26th Street; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement in substantially similar form; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an Agreement with R.E. Smith Construction in the amount not to exceed $4,031,000 to provide construction and associated development of the City of Joplin public park at 26th & McClelland, along with 26th Street sidewalk and trail improvements, to be funded with the CDBG-DR2, authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement for the City, and containing an emergency clause.

An Ordinance approving a Contract for grant money by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri and the Missouri Department of Transportation dealing generally with the Full Time DWI Unit, Hazardous Moving Violations Enforcement, and DWI Enforcement in the amount of One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand, Nine Hundred Dollars ($124,900.00); authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin, Missouri; and containing an emergency clause.
