Martucci, Dermott, Musser, Sloan lead for Joplin R-8 posts

With Jasper County totals in, the leaders for four seats on the Joplin R-8 Board of Education are incumbent Jennifer Martucci and Empire District Electric Company attorney Sharrock Dermott for two three-year positions, Lori Musser for the two-year position and Chris Sloan for the one-year position.

These results do not include Newton County votes.

Three-year- Martucci 1,940, Dermott 1,734, Mary Gaarder 1,609, Melissa Rodgers 1,138

Two-year- Musser 2,419, Joseph Brown 1,038
