Burlison's first bill would repeal National Firearms Act of 1934

(From Seventh District Congressman Eric Burlison)

Last week, I introduced my first bill in Congress, the Repeal the NFA Act (H.R. 450).

The National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA) was the first federal law to impose limitations on firearm ownership. It requires Americans to pay a tax, register, and undergo an application process to own certain firearms and accessories.

For decades, unelected bureaucrats have attempted to use the NFA to impose new regulations on gun owners without Congressional approval.

Watch the video to learn more about my first bill in Congress and why it's so important for law-abiding Americans.

What a disgraceful and ignorant demonstration of Republican leadership. Where's your automatic rifle lapel pin that the rest of the cult now wears? Over 50 mass shootings in 35 days and we need to make it even more easy to obtain a weapon? White christian nationalism is getting out of control and needs "checked" immediately for the welfare and security of all Americans.
