Harris thanks supporters in A. G. race

Rep. Jeff Harris, who finished third in the Democratic primary for attorney general thanked supporters in an e-mail sent out this morning:

We faced a difficult fight, and we gave it everything we had in what ended up being the most expensive down-ballot primary in Missouri history.

While we are disappointed in the outcome of the primary election, we are extremely proud of the effort we made and we have no regrets. On behalf of my family and my campaign team, I am grateful to all of our supporters.
