Carnahan to speak in Joplin tonight

Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, a Democratic candidate for U. S. Senate, will speak at 8:30 p.m. tonight at the Mills Anderson Justice Center at Missouri Southern State University.

Doors will open at 7:30 p.m.
