Summer School
Summer school began today with record enrollment for elementary students. 1,228 elementary students were enrolled as of last Friday with many more signing up this morning. Middle school attendance was at 209 students.
Eagle Art
Three area chainsaw artists visited Joplin High School over the weekend carving wood art statues to be donated to Joplin Schools. The artists included Tracy Daniels of Centralia, MO, Sylvia Cook of Branson, MO and Russell Ehart of McLouth, KS.
