if rohr does all the things for texas that he did for Joplin they can expect- all of their department heads to quit, one to commit suicide, 911 calls to his house , the highest turnover rate ever for city employees, Wallace bajjali to open an office next to city hall and when he gets in trouble for trying to bully council members he can blame it on the good old boy politics that he fights everywhere.
all he needs is a cape and uniform with a capital R on the chest as he fights corruption.
The same thing happened in Piqua (and Punta Gorda). I don't think we had the suicide or Wallace bajjai, but the rest of what happen happened. He will divide your town. Some will love him and others will hate him. Good luck
