The arraignment will be held before Judge Richard Copeland.
Court records indicate Mrs. Low will be represented by Joplin attorney Charles Genisio.
Mrs. Low was arrested shortly after the end of the school day May 29 at the 9-10 center (the former Memorial Middle School) where she taught.
The probable cause statement alleges she had sex with a 16-year-old boy at his home on two occasions and sent nude photos of herself participating in a solo sex act to that boy and another 16-year-old boy.
Mrs. Low was completing her second year as a teacher in the Joplin R-8 School District.

This district is suffering from lack of good management at the top level. How do we know this? Because these problematic employees worked at all levels, not just one building. There is no one running the show. They're all too busy spending their newly borrowed millions of dollars.
