AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with Burns and McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., to conduct a wastewater rate study, in an amount not to exceed Fifty One Thousand Nine Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($51,900.00) for the City of Joplin Sewer system inside and outside the city limits, for the years of 2020 through 2024; authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

It’s great they passed ordinance to upgrade airport runways. This keeps us in 21st Century for industry procurement, and just being a first class city.
