Timothy W. Delcour (DOB 1989), Carthage, was formally arraigned this morning in Jasper County Circuit Court and entered a not guilty plea to the forcible rape of a 15-year-old girl.
Delcour is being held without bond in the Jasper County Detention Center. a bond reduction hearing is scheduled for July 2.
According to the probable cause statement, the 15-year-old said Delcour raped her while he was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
In an interview with an investigator from the Carthage Police Department, Delcour denied the allegation.
