The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed second-degree and third-degree domestic assault charges, both felonies, against a Joplin woman who allegedly stabbed her mother with a butter knife and bit her brother multiple times Thursday.
Alyssa Canarte (DOB 1995), is being held in the Joplin City Jail with bond set at $30,000.
From the probable cause statement:
Upon arrival I observed lacerations on V1 arms, wet blood stains on his t-shirt, pants and hands.Canarte recklessly caused physical injury to V2, which is Canarte's mother, by using a butter knife in attempts to stab her in the back. Canarte cut V2's arm with a butter knife.
Canarte knowingly caused physical injury to V1, her brother, by biting him multiple times on his arms, and striking him with her hands to his abdomen.
Canarte recklessly caused physical injury to V2 by using a butter knife in attempts to stab her in the back. Canarte cut V2's arm with a butter knife causing a minor laceration.
The case was investigated by the Joplin Police Department.
Another woke princess, Alyssa Canarte, was probably upset because they told her to go get a job.
ReplyDeleteThis is not what happened at all, I her former boyfriend talked to both her mother and her brother. she suffers from psychosis and her brother who also has schizophrenia was physically beating her and dragging her by her hair and slamming her head into the ground. he would say things to trigger her psychosis. when you are in this state you do not have control or remember most of what you do. it is a real mental illness and should be treated seriously. she was working several jobs to make sure she could pay all of her bills. on top of everything she was and is still paying for her mothers bills. she got mental health help that she needed and is doing really well. I speak with her all the time and she has definitely helped herself for the better. so before you say dumb shit on the internet maybe do some fact checking instead of just believing what you see and hear on the internet. her family has treated her like shit her entire life and there is proof all over her old facebook account of her stepmom abusing her as a child.
