Walter Adam Justus (DOB 1964) waived his preliminary hearing today in Dade County Circuit Court was bound over for trial on sexual abuse and child molestation charges.
Justus' alleged crimes involved a child under the age of 14 and occurred December 5, 2025.
According to the probable cause statement Justus gave the child a foot massage but then began massaging her genital area.
His trial court arraignment is scheduled for 10 a.m. July 15.
Justis is free on $1 bond.
Why is the bond 1$? Thats a slap in the face.
ReplyDeleteFree on a one dollar ($1.00) bond? For sexually assaulting a child? I hope the voters learn who this judge is that set that bond and vote him or her out this next election. Absolutely disgusting on the judges behalf!!! Why allow this sexual predator back out in to the community to continue abusing children?
