Joplin mental health counselor arrested on Oklahoma fugitive warrant

 The Joplin Police Department arrested Philip Klonowski, 36, Joplin, on a Wagoner County, Oklahoma felony fugitive warrant.

The warrant indicated Klonowski, a licensed professional counselor, is charged with engaging in sexual communications with a minor through use of technology.

The arrest warrant was issued June 23.

    Philip Klonowski, perfect cover for this pedophile, "Joplin mental health counselor", who charges $125/Hour for his services, maybe he can make a living in prison counseling other sick pedophiles?

    Another deviant predator, hiding amongst professional people who are trying to help innocent children. He should be held in prison for a very long time to protect juveniles from his insidious behaviors and actions.
