(From the Joplin Police Department)The Joplin Police Department is seeking public assistance with a missing person case.
On August 28, 2005, Sandra L Spoon was last seen in the 2300 block of Byers Avenue following a get together with known acquaintances. Sandra has not been seen since.
Following Spoon’s disappearance, the Joplin Police Department and other agencies have conducted numerous interviews and followed up on every lead. The investigation continues.
Today, Spoon would be described as a 78-year-old white female. If anyone has any information regarding her disappearance, please contact Detective Corporal Rusty Comer at 417-623-3131- ext. 1631. -Picture of Spoon is from 2005.
If only we had flock cameras back in 2005, wait no one wants them now because it could help locate a missing person.
ReplyDeleteYes, small minded people who feel that their rights are being trampled on because of flock cameras are idiots. They are a deterrent, just like police are on the streets or in their cars driving around, no-different or K-9 Units - DETERRENTS. Those that fear having flock cameras are usually just a step away of committing a crime, has nothing to do with liberty, etc., just your typical criminal-mindset. If you aren't doing anything criminally, no need to worry about being photographed or videoed. Those with a guilty consciousness or afraid of being on camera are usually those with things to hide!
