Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen fails Joplin Health Department inspection

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, 321 E. 4th Street, failed a Joplin Health Department inspection Wednesday, according to information posted on the department website.

The restaurant received three priority violations and nine core violations.

The priority violations were for having shrimp and salmon in grill drawers being cold held above 41 degrees, for having fried chicken in hot holding equipment being hot held below 135 degrees and for having an unlabeled chemical container.
