Beverly Enterprises has several suitors as its auction process continues, according to Arkansas Business.
The Fort Smith-based nursing home chain put itself up for auction in March following a hostile takeover attempt. Beverly at one time had numerous nursing homes in southwest Missouri and still has one in Anderson.
Beverly CEO William Floyd told investors Wednesday that several groups were interested in buying the company, though he did not give any specifics.
