Complications from the purchase of American Household will prevent the Jarden Corporation from filing its quarterly report on time, according to a filing today with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Jarden closed the deal to buy American Household, owner of the Sunbeam plant in Neosho, on Jan. 24. Jarden officials say they will only be a few days late.
