The Diamond R-4 School District will have until May 31 to collect any expert witnesses it needs for its lawsuit against Edison Schools.
The district had asked for an additional two weeks. School officials claim Edison overcharged the district when it operated its summer school in 2002. The case is scheduled to go to trial in April 2006.
