Saga Communications, owner of KOAM-TV, reported a net first quarter operating revenue increase of 9.1 percent over 2004, according to a company news release. Revenue was up to approximately $31.8 million. Net income, however, was approximately $2.2 million, down from $2.5 million for the first quarter of 2004.
Saga owns or operates broadcast properties in 25 markets, including 55 FM and 27 AM radio stations, three state radio networks, two farm radio networks, five television stations and 4 low-power television stations.
