The bond for murder suspect Micah Joel Holman, 32, Carthage, has been increased from $250,000 to half a million dollars, according to Jasper County Circuit Court records.
Holman is charged with two counts of first degree murder in connection with the weekend deaths of Marvin and Peggy Steverson, of Carthage. He is also charged with arson, burglary and two counts of armed criminal action.
