Workers at O'Sullivan Industries have heard that an important announcement is going to be made Friday and it has them on pins and needles.
They have been rocked during the past week by the layoff of 138 workers and misleading quotes from company officials, one of whom said the workers would be brought back and another who said, hey, that's probably not going to happen.
The problems at O'Sullivan are of great concern to a community, an entire region actually, that has relied on the company to provide more than 1,000 jobs for the past four decades.
