Joplin police chief finalist for Springdale position

Those Kevin Lindsey resumes must be floating all over the country.
Today's Arkansas Democrat-Gazette indicates the Joplin police chief is one of 24 finalists for the Springdale, Ark., police chief position. Sixty-four initially applied for the post.
The Turner Report was the first local media outlet to reveal earlier this month that Lindsey was one of three finalists for police chief in Grand Island, Neb.
Steve Harp, chairman of the Springdale Civil Service Commission told the Democrat-Gazette, the list will be trimmed next month, to somewhere between five and 15 candidates to call in for interviews.
